Erika -- I'm reading it for class. It's theoretical yet applicable ways to manage cities and make them more efficient to not only attract people but maintian a steady population. Frankly however, for two of my classes, I had read so many other things, I feel that if I read any more on city planning, I'll explode!
However, I did decide to base a research paper of mine on the revitalization of downtown Culver City, because they really did a phenomenal job with it.

I remember reading about this now. (Getting old really does suck, Erika. Take it from me!)
It sounded great before and now that you've opened, it sounds even better. (You look so fabulous in all your roles, Erika. I wish I lived nearby.

Oh, Erika, how wonderful! I'm just sick that we've had to bow out of the little BWW get-together/viewing (which we have, in case you haven't heard )

The TinMan is in negotiations for the lead in two short films, and we have had to cancel EVERYTHING to make sure of his availability. As I said, it's hard to complain when you get what you ask for - but dammit, I want it ALL!
