Posted: 1/11/07 at 2:07amTink, to answer your question: our winters are usually temperate with overcast, occassional sun breaks, and "Seattle" rain, which is more like a constant mist. Having this much precipitation, wind and cold weather is not usual for us.

This weekend I am teaching 7th grade on Sunday and tutoring another kid after Hebrew school.
Then a couple lottos- Rent and Bee.
So an average weekend for me!

I really tried to start this day off in a good positive mood at work...but people soon ruined that idea!! On top of that, I have been craving Egg Salad, so I made it last night for me to have for lunch. Well, I'm here and my lunch is at home with the cat on the table! Could be worse! Everyone keeps bringing me chocolate to cheer me up, hehe.

I'm not at work yet. Just woke up... to 3" of snow and icy roads. Gonna try to make it to work, though.
I try to be up this early... I'm just waiting for the sunrise and hopefully some warmth to melt the ice a bit.

I was so close to saying I was just gonna see a matinee on Sat, and then meet my friend later since we were gonna probably end up in NYC anyway, but now I'll be at either one of two funerals Sat morning. Oh well, I think I'm gonna get tickets to see AP again in Feb to make me feel better. That is if I find someone that wants to drive down the shore with me.

DD, I thought you usually slept a little later? That sucks about the weather in Seattle. It's a little hazy here, no idea how cold it is since I haven't been outside yet.
