Fun pics Erika! Love the hairstyle, you should wear that next time we go out!
Tink- you have an attic?? I don't have any storage places, so boxes just sit in a corner forever!
That is soooo awesome (which character is that supposed to be by the way?)!
It must be so fun to be a Disney princess. That is every little girls' fantasy!
L - We live in a 2 family house, on the second floor. We got really lucky by finding this. Ironically, it is diagnally across the street from my brother's house (which he bought from my dad when he moved to FL). So I am back in my old neighborhood. Funny how things work out!
I always wanted to be Belle or Ariel (Or Jasmine just so I could have Rajah as a pet). I have always had a disliking for Cinderella, Snow White, & Sleeping Beauty! Don't know why!

Tink: It's a new character (created for the show), called "Lady Lillian." The handsome gentleman in the pics with me is "Sir Elias." We are a Lady in Waiting and a Noble Knight, respectively. The characters' names are an homage to Walt. (Elias was his father, and is Walt's middle name, and Lillian was his wife.) Anyway, we sing and dance and instruct the kiddies on how to behave like knights and princesses during the "Coronation Ceremony" and we tell stories (and sing) with our respective Princesses (well, the Princesses don't sing) during various storytelling sets throughout the day. I have Jasmine (obviously), Belle, and Aurora.
Liotte: That wig weighs a ton! I'm not wearing it unless I have to.

Erika - That sounds like soooo much fun! I guess by the picture you have played Belle before also. Any other characters?
Uh, that's not Erika as Belle.
Erika, how come the princesses don't sing?
Erika, that wig looks really heavy!
By the way- was that Disney movie you were singing for (Enchanted?) finished?
Sorry SM2, I didn't click on the enlarged version, but from the avatar size version it does look like it could be the same person. Sorry.
It kinda looks like a Belle costume, I can see where you would get that from.
Ok, I have to go get somewhat human looking and stop being lazy!
L - Have a great time at the plays today! Let me know how "How to save the world" is!
liotte: It IS supposed to be Belle, but it's not Erika. Erika is the woman next to her, as Lady Lillian or other. (She only mentioned it on this page.)
Oh, no wonder I am confused!

Tink: I was the Evil Queen/Hag in the Snow White musical they had at the park for about 2 years. Other than that, no other characters. The "FanFaire" is only the second show I've done at Disneyland.
SM2: Because they're non-union (and the rules prevent them from doing so), and most of them aren't actors or singers anyway. They're the "face characters" from the park. They're cast for their resemblance to the characters and their ability to interact well with the kids and other guests out in the park. That said, they all are doing a fantastic job with the show. (Sir Elias and Lady Lillian do all the talking and singing in the show - the "Coronation Ceremony," that is. The Princesses dance with us and wave to the children, and look beautiful. During the storytelling sets, they do speak, though.)
Liotte: I believe so. It's in post-production, according to IMDB, and should be in theaters this summer. I can't wait to see who they cast to lip-sync my little solo! And yes, the wig is just as heavy as it looks. :-P

I'm excited to see it!
Hello hussys. Christmas tree is going up today. I am such a good jew.
That must make me a better Jew than you, because I'm not putting a tree up... Hell, I'm not even Jewish.
Morning all.
Saw Nuncrackers last night. It's a cute show and the performers worked their butts off to a VERY SMALL CROWD. It's a new group called the Valley Musical Theatre, so if you are in Southern California...SUPPORT NEW THEATRE!
Okay, I'm done shilling now.

And Heidi Godt (in Nuncrackers) is one of our Lady Lillians, and a real sweetheart!
Now, I'm going to shill for my friend in the show right next door: go see the Marvelous Wonderettes, in the small theater at the El Portal (same theater building as Valley Musical Theatre/Nuncrackers). It's like Forever Plaid for girls, and it's really adorable. They've gotten rave reviews, and they sell out a lot, so be sure call for tickets sooner rather than later!

One of the best Christmas trees I ever saw was lit with miniature menorahs and decorated completely with a variety of beautiful Star of Davids
Diva - that makes me sad - Sally should be filling the house! Where's the theater and how long is the run - I'd really like to get to see it.

DG - I'm not Diva, but it's at the El Portal Theater on Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood.
All of the info is on their web site.... I don't know off hand.
And it was a delightful suprise to see Hedi there as well. I've done several projects with her including playing her husband on an 'Unsolved Mysteries'. She comes out into the crowd at the top of the show and she saw me and practically screamed.
The Wonderettes look like they are getting a crowd, so let's focus on Nunctackers...

Thanks!
And Erika, you can be a diva if you want to
If she didn't understand you were talking to me, then she can't be a Diva.
I'll have to give you some training Erica....
You are heading in the right direction though, by playing the Evil Queen.

Diva: Um, I totally understood he was talking to you. That was my point. My post was intended as, "Although I am not Diva, the person to whom you asked the question, I know the answer, and I'm going to jump in with it."
Good lord.
And it's Erika, btw. :-P

Oh, she understood - that's why she capitalized it
I'm satisfied just being a BITCH!
