What do you mean, you count for nothing? Don't be silly SM2!
thank you Miss p.
Hey Janey - Let me ask you this - Sunday I am going to a small cabaret show in Ann Arbor that Jim Daly is performing at with some other U of M people. I think he is a understudy for Altar Boys. Do you know him or have you seen him perform? Just wondering?
Whenever I go to NYC by myself, I stay at Jane's and we stay up all night talking there too. Me. Jane and Robbie Sue.
I also drag Jane to shows (mostly against her will.)
I don't know if I'l be able to stay there anymore after June though...once Robbie Sue gets his Tony, there'll be no living with him.
Okay, who is Robbie Sue and why am I not informed.
Baddy-Jim Daly is what most consider the best stand in for Altar Boyz. He really is good-no matter which role he's doing that night. I don't know him well, but he's one of the most friendly in the cast, always coming in with a big smile and hello for us. (some of the others don't even bother acknowledging the house staff! Let me know how he was, ok?
Miss P-He told me tonight that he's given up show biz, but he's been known to make a comeback.
"Whenever I go to NYC by myself, I stay at Jane's and we stay up all night talking there too."
Meanwhile, I'm reduced to staying in sketchy hostels.
Sounds good Jane - I will let you know - I'm going to try to take my camera also. Mike Mosallam who is putting on this show called Songs We Like is a good friend of our family and is very talented himself. Last year at the same show we saw Gavin Greel and Celia Keenan-Bolger. It was great. By the way I hope to see you in Feb when I'm in New York. Are you coming to the P's for the DC gathering after Christmas.
Okay, now I am really going to bed. Really!
Chatty mojitians tonight.
I'm having trouble sleeping... what's new?
Oh, we missed DD! How was your date?

Good morning -
OK, so remember how I was a little nervous 'cause of all the non-stop singing and auditions I have to do? Well, last night, I just got another audition appointment on the same day next week that was already crammed to the gills. EEK! So, now that particular day goes: 2 hours singing in downtown LA, drive across town to West Hollywood, audition, run back across town to the Valley, callback, run back downtown in rush hour traffic, sing for another 2 hours.
So keep those good vibes coming, OK?
I actually have a two hour gig this afternoon followed by an audition, and I don't have much of a voice right now...granted, I just woke up, but still! (Last night was a tough gig. I totally oversang. We were outside, it was a cocktail party, the noise level was unbelievable, and we weren't mic'ed - we never are - so we all had to shout just to hear ourselves. Blech.)
Erika, you are insane!!! But I know you will do a fantastic job, and soon you won't even have to audition! They will just start handing you roles and the big bucks so you can choose what you want to do!!!

Awwwww... That is the sweetest thing to say, and I so appreciate hearing it right now! You just made my day. Thanks! (And as my mom would say, "From your lips to God's ear!")
It's true! You are going to be a big star, hope you will remember all us little people!!
When is your next NYC trip?
Good morning all!
Erika - Best of luck with your busy day!
Morning Tink! What are you up to today?

Tink: Thank you!
Liotte: I don't know... If I manage to get away in January, I have to go visit my parents in FL. Maybe this spring... I really want to come visit again!
Hey L! I decided to ditch the Bridal Shower. I made up an excuse that I got called into work (which happens often) and promised to do dinner and drop off their gift! We have to get an HDTV ready IO box because Chris bought a huge new TV. Then to a bar later tonight for a friends b-day.
Yourself?
Ok Erika, let me know when you are here!
Tink, if I got a huge new tv, I'd be home watching it all day!!
I am seeing How to Save the World and Fall in Love in 90 Minutes (I think that's what it is called) for the matinee, and then seeing Wedding Singer tonight. The rest of the day will be packing up for my move in a couple weeks. Eh.
Where are you moving to/from??
Yeah, it's pretty cool, but my computer keeps calling my name instead!
How to Save the World and Fall in Love in 90 Minutes - I was reading about that last night. It sounds like a great play!
I am moving to a new building literally a block away from where I live now. But even though it's close, moving is such a pain!!!

(Thought I'd post a few pics I just got of the Disney Princess Fantasy Faire)
Liotte: Will do!
Yes it is! We moved into our apartment 1 1/2 years ago. There are still plenty of boxes in the attic we have yet to unpack!
Erika - Great pictures! I love Disney! Is that you in them?

Thanks, Tink! Yep, I'm the one in the really - er - colorful costume.
