Reading through this thread, I have to say that there's nothing more irritating than preachy, sanctimonious people who don't drink. It's totally fine if you choose not to drink, but god, at least let us alcoholics have a good time.

There's nothing more annoying than listening to the sluts in your school cry about how slutty they were over the weekend because they were soo wasted. Like I'm sorry, am I supposed to feel bad for you? I'm no saint, but have some self control.

i seriously hope that i am not one of those people who siamese is talking about.
i dont think i'm better than anyone else for not drinking. i dont tell my friends not to drink. they respect that i dont want to drink but i dont expect them to change the way they act beacuse of me. i laugh along with them about their "alcoholism".
however, if my little brother ever came home drunk i'd have to kick his ass but that's another story.

Haha this thread is awesome. So i'm in college, about 4 months away from turning 21 and definetly have been drunk before. I don't drink because its "the only way to have fun" but I do have fun most of the time while drinking. Its a nice stress release for someone like me who works hard ALL the time (i'm a stage manager and full time college student). Drinking creates fun stories and drunk dialing (and texting) is lots of fun. Drinking is fine as long as you are responsible about it. Don't overdrink where you end up with alcohol poisoning and definetly dont drink and drive. I have friends with DUIs... so not fun. But seriously there is nothing wrong with drinking every now and then. It honestly won't kill you, so everyone who says "i will never touch a drop of alcohol in my life" get off your high horse and live a little. Alcohol makes me more outgoing, dancy and flirty (when its not making me tired) and just the other weekend ago it created a great bonding experience for me and two of my roomies when the 3 of us girls ended up in our bathtub together. hehe fun night. So yea sorry to have rambled on for so long, lets play some beer pong!

I wish I could say I've never been drunk, but I'd be lying. I have, though, only gotten drunk once, on one malibu bay breeze. Just ask CJR...I'm told it wasn't pretty.

Why would you want to play a drinking game if you refused to drink? You weren't allowed to play because not drinking beer would be cheating.

I agree. I usually have maybe 1-2 drinks when I do drink. That's hardly the sh*tfaced, blacked-out, puking escapades seen in "very special episodes" and DARE movies, so it's ridiculous for some teetotaler to assume that everyone that ever drinks any alcohol is exactly like the stereotypes.
