I have question for all of you who yell at people who call a OBC album and soundtrack. Is the CD of a movie musical, such as Chicago) considered a soundtrack?

I don't know if I'd include the soundtrack of "Chicago" as a movie soundtrack. I see a soundtrack more as a CD of songs that are played throughout a movie while the music in Chicago is a requirement because that is what the show is. I don't think this of "Moulin Rouge" though because the whole CD does not just consist of songs that is performed by the cast since you've got U2 on there and Rufus Wainwright, etc. Also, "Moulin Rouge" was an original movie. It wasn't a musical that was made into a movie. So that's why I'm hesitant about musicals turned into movies.
how could i have forgotten BREAKING GLASS!!! i finally found this film on VHS and found a copy of the original soundtrack, too, after a long hard search...

I hate movies and the thought of actually buying a soundtrack recording makes me ill.
I love movies and I have more than 300 dvd's and more than 400 film soundtracks. Dollypop... my home can kill you.

I never had any intention of entering your home. However, the news that you have over 300 movies stored there is added incentive for me to avoid your neighborhood completely.

Really, Dollypop? Not any? Not a single one? None of the old Hollywood or foreign classics? Did you always feel that way? Now I'm curious.

Absolutely hate films. Refuse to have them in my home. Have hated movies since 1969.
1969? I haven't born yet!
lol
Is there any particular reason to hate films since that year?
that was the year of hello dolly, midnight cowboy and the wild bunch... (thank you imdb!)

You are terribly mistaken. HELLO, DOLLY! has never been filmed. See what happens when you watch too many movies? Your brain falls apart.
