"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen." Conan O'Brien

Some Kind of Wonderful.
How can you go wrong when a band named "Lick the Tins" is on it?

It's hot and it's monotonous. I want my glasses.

I overlistened to that record (yes, record) when I was like 10. So much that I can never listen to it again. I was way too obsessed with that movie.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

I don't like soundtracks with pop songs... I prefer much more the instrumental ones... Maybe we have to differentiate cd's with the soundtrack of the movie or cd's with songs.

so, my list:

-Kikujiro no natsu japanese soundtrack by Joe Hisaishi
-Russia house by Jerry Goldsmith
-Yoyes spanish soundtrack by Angel Illarramendi
-The lonely passion of judith hearne by George delerue (one of the bests composers EVER)
-Cinema paradiso by Ennio Morricone
-Breakfast at tiffany's by Henry Mancini
-to kill a mockingbird by Elmer Bernstein (this soundtrack is AMAZING)
-The american president by... that guy with a wonderful dog (lol re: Your Top Movie Soundtracks )
-On golden pond by Dave Grusin
-somewhere in time by John Barry

Nobody expects the spanish inquisition!
