Well we already knew it was a troll, but with this "revelation" we can ignore it forever now right?

The idea that you cannot complain about a corrupt political system because you didn't participate in it is absolutely ludicrous. I am not complaining about the current President or some other elected official. I am complaining about an archaic, corrupt, dangerous political system that I refuse to be a part of along with several cronies who are vying for the spot of supreme leader. Not voting does not impact my ability to expose the corruption. That's just silly.

So sit it out and leave us the frig alone.
It is no different than a critic that complains about work they haven't seen. Any creditably you had is lost because you can't even must the power to go out and change the world you sit here and espouse you despise. Waste of time, waste of space, waste of energy.

You guys sound like an old married couple!
Reading Headband is like watching my dog drag his bum across the carpet. An action that just leaves a faint smelly line of siht.

Which just so happens to explain the headband's posts.
As good as the Dem debate was, the GOP debate last night was a total trainwreck. We learned a few things:
OK, so we knew the last one before last night. Anyway, Cruz and Rubio in particular played the pity card with respect to the media. The audience ate it up, and the moderators were too weak to do anything about it.
That debate was so bad. Not in the so bad, it's good, bad.... Just painfully bad. I had to turn it off after an hour. No amount of 420 could get me through that trainwreck.
Bernie Sanders Speaks Out Against The Death Penalty After Hillary Clinton Stands By It
"Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) stood by his long-standing opposition to the death penalty on Thursday, calling for an end to the policy during a Senate speech on criminal justice.
"When we talk about criminal justice reform, I believe it is time for the United States of America to join almost every other Western, industrialized country on Earth in saying no to the death penalty," Sanders said during his speech on the Senate floor. "We are all shocked and disgusted by some of the horrific murders that we see in this country, seemingly every week. And that is precociously why we should abolish the death penalty. At a time of rampant violence and murder, the state should not be part of that process."
Sanders' remarks come one day after former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is also running for president, came out against ending capital punishment, adding that she believes the use of the death penalty should be "very limited and rare."
Sanders also reiterated his call to remove marijuana from the Drug Enforcement Administration's "most dangerous" drug list, which would open the door for states to adopt their own marijuana policies without the worry of federal government intervention. (Sanders'initially made this proposal during an event at George Mason University on Wednesday.)"

What the hell are they gonna do when Jeb(!) drops out?
Abandon all hope?

Rubio scares the **** out of me. He's smart, he's young(ish), he's Latino ("oh, look how diverse the Republicans are!" and he actually sounds reasonable while proposing bat**** crazy conservative talking points. If Jeb! drops out, I'm guessing Rubio takes his place as the establishment favorite. Wouldn't be surprised if this eventually becomes a Rubio v. Cruz situation.
Rubio should scare us all. He has a lot of support and money and expertise from the Koch Brothers and other superpacs determined to defeat Hillary. What's scarier is that he is poised to rally what is left of Rand Paul's conservative/libertarian youth vote, which Paul was hoping would sweep him into the White House, much as Obama's progressive youth movement propelled him into the White House in 2008.
You may think there are no conservative youth out there to be rallied, but you would be a fool.
This long puff piece about Rubio magically appeared on Politico the day after the debate. It's the official child-of-immigrant narrative you will see played over and over in the media, until the day Hillary defeats him.

If you're using this as an analogy for the choice not to vote, I must disagree. I've always voted and I'm sure I will next year, but not voting can be a legitimate choice for someone disgusted with the system itself.
So, yes, at the risk of ruining my reputation, I'm with Liza's Headband on this particular point. :)
