If they do the hair with CGI, then that's just WRONG. Is Mr. Pinky a magician? It a show grounded in reality, why would they do 'magic' hair?

Here we go...dissecting and over-analyizing a one-second sequence. A long string of threads will follow with the quintessential show-out to Marc Shaiman to clarify this mystery.
It's just a p*uckin' movie, folks! A movie musical at that! Just enjoy it for what it is -- faults and all.
Oy!

I made a CG of what edna might have looked like had she worn the Barbra Oscar Dress:
"Zac is sweet as can be. He's very much just a sweet kid from California who happens to have a face that looks like it was drawn by Michelangelo, (if Michelangelo did anime)."
-Adam Shankman.
"I haven't left this building since Windows 3.1!"
"Celebrating a birthday this week: Rene Descartes is 412! Do you know who he is? Then why are you watching this show? You could probably get into college and even get one of those job things. As for the rest of us; Amanda Bynes is 22! Yay!"

It's great to finally see an extended musical sequence from the film. Can't wait to see the finished product.

The trailer looks good and I'm excited, although I am Travolta's accent is testy. As a Baltimore area native, I haven't heard anyone talk like that in the slightest.

What was Mr. Pinky thinking... preparing the Streisand dress for Edna?! Glad she went for the pink frock!
