The takeaways:
Unsurprisingly, The Lehman Trilogy, Company, and A Strange Loop are all favored to win.
Best Actor and Actress in a Musical are tight, between Jaquel Spivey/Myles Frost, and Sharon D. Clarke/Joaquina Kalukango.
Deirdre O'Connell has an edge in Best Actress in a Play.
Best Play Revival is up in the air.

It's interesting (and a little sad) to me that this article says if any Best Musical upset happens, it would come from MJ, not Six. I really feel like Six drew the short straw when it comes to opening timing. Oh well.
Interesting that Deirdre has such an edge in a race that I thought would be in the bag for Mary-Louise. Guess we'll see what happens in two days!

I think the big thing working in O'Connell's favor is that Parker just won last year, and while the Tonys have at times awarded actors in featured categories or a split between featured and leading in back-to-back years (Judith Light, Laurie Metcalf, etc.), it's been over 60 years since someone won in the lead categories in back-to-back years (and that was Gwen Verdon, who actually tied one of those two years). So history would definitely be on O'Connell's side here, but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if either one of them takes it.

One of my favorite performances this season - her haunting 11 o'clock number "How" from Lincoln Center Theater's FLYING OVER SUNSET was stunning! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlkgZ69cKqI
