I don't know any show where every moment of every single song in it "stands the test of time".
Not to mention that the artists were hired & encouraged to write the songs in their own style, not the style of SB. This isn't a show where all the songs are being written in the same style & with the same themes.
But, sure, the show will flop because this one song isn't Earth shattering.
(All this is, of course, ignoring that I disagree with your overall premise and think that a song with the chorus of "'BFF' That stands for us!" has the power to actually become an anthem of friendship due to its simplicity and relatability to those in all walks of life. It sets out to be a message of friendship, and, hey, what do you know, it accomplishes that goal.)
