Hello all, I was wondering if an actress' last performance usually announced? Specifically, Jessie Mueller in Waitress. I would very much like to get tickets for that show. Thank you so much!
You do know all Cynthia Erivo, Danielle Brooks, Heather Headley, Jennifer Hudson, and Jennifer Holliday's final performances were announced, right? I don't see how gender can be a factor in deciding whether to inform the public of a performer's date of departure from a show.
Why the chastising? I am not all that tuned in to everything broadway. I was asking an honest question - actor/actress whatever - I would like to attend her final performance and was wondering how you find that information out. Some of the responses I see on this are just not kind.
Why not use her name in the subject line? I'm not bothered by this, just curious. At first glance, it appears you're asking if it's different for women than for men when it comes to when final shows are announced.

I am sorry, I didn't think to be actor specific in the subject line because I might want to know others final performances as well. Just right now, I am curious about Jessie Mueller's.

Please reread the first sentence of your post. It assumes a male actor's final performance is usually announced while a female actor's is not. That's a gender divide you take for granted and should be pointed out. I apologize for my inappropriate wording.
