ehh, it's a bit of a change from many of the posts on this thread but....
Yesterday afternoon I went to see Next To Normal and all of the other actors came out to sign (besides Jenn who quickly left), and then the security guard announced that Alice will not be coming out to sign between shows (to which everyone groaned), but then they brought out about 100+ playbills "signed" by her to give to the crowd.
Very nice and thoughtful, however, she could have had anybody write "Alice Ripley" in nice bubble letters on them.
I doubt that's the way she signs when she does sign at the stage door.
No doubt, nice gesture on her part doing her best to please the crowd/fans.

Really??? That's awesome! You'd think that would take quite a bit of time but I guess after years of practice and doing it a lot, it takes less time.

She said she does it because it's unique. I also believe that the Alice Show has not been canceled but merely moved to Facebook.

Alice writes in bubble letters a lot of the time, not just on playbills. Notes, sign-in sheets, etc.
