"Move On" is my favorite song from SITPWG. I think the harmonies that Jenna and Daniel rock out at the end are chilling...

And I'm very happy about the song choice from Gypsy (no need to abreviate that to just "G") It's the best song to let those three get the face time they've earned still featuring LuPone but not exclusively...

Do we know what other shows will be performing? I'm v curious to know...

I heard that the non-Best Musical nominees are getting a minute of performance time...but I don't know if that's true.

I hope it's not. If mediocre bores like CRY-BABY and garbage like GREASE can perform a full number, shows like A CATERED AFFAIR definitely deserve a full number as well.

Wonder what YF will perform. Probably either Transylvania Mania or Puttin' On the Ritz.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

This is wonderful news!

I just wish they had been doing this for years now - it's so much better for Broadway in general. Esepcially last year after the hubbub about Legally Blonde and another show possible getting to perform, but being denied.

Will be the lowest rated Tony show ever....right after Passing Strange performs, droves will turn it off......why not devote more time to Sondheim tribute- the show needs some class- not dreck like YF and Grease

I just hope YF doesn't do the roll in ze hay number. I would say Puttin' on the Ritz would be the best number for them to do. It will be interesting to see the advertisements this year. And I have been wondering if CBS is going to make Entertainment Tonight cover the awards a bit more. I noticed the press thing at the end of the article. Just some random thoughts.

hopefully all the numbers will be the standard 5 mins or so, and the speeches will be cut down. I'm all for the acting awards doing speeches as long as they want but the others tend to get really boring really fast.
