He has to end with a bang right? A big lavish revival of a little night music?? Spring 2025

He doesn't have to do anything :)
But sure, a big revival of a classic show would be nice. Though I'd prefer something more obscure than ALNM.

Apparently Bart Sher would love to direct is Man of La Mancha some day (https://forum.broadwayworld.com/readmessage.php?thread=1108047&page=3).
I think that show and that score would be a lovely send-off for André Bishop.

Man of La Mancha is a very popular musical. It remains widely produced and features one of the best known showtunes of all time. It's been on Broadway five times!

Ok then I’d rather them do a musical by a popular composer like a sondheim classic. I’d love to see them do into the woods or Sunday on the park with George

What happened to the Sound of Music rumor for LC? Was that ever a thing? I would adore a big bloated Bart Sher revival with all the trimmings.

By 2025 it will be 30 years since Victor/Victoria debuted on Broadway.
How about Micaela Diamond as Victoria Grant with Ben Platt as Carroll Todd?
It's 4:40am here & I just woke up. My coffee maker doesn't come on for another 20 minutes.

Yes, I think SOM would make sense if only to complete the most popular R&H musicals especially given the success of the productions of Carousel and South Pacific (less so the King and I).
