Interesting.
Are they selling helmets with the Gypsy logo now?
It really is the new Macbeth!
wow
No. I dont think they will get fired...it happens...previews, hello!
OMG THIS IS MORE CURSED THAN AZTEC TREASURE...
Too much meth tonight B3?
Oh gosh.
SHhhhhhh
Are they selling helmets with the Gypsy logo now?
Genius!
I'd actually prefer a metal helmet shaped like Patti's wig.
falling lightbulb?
"falling lightbulb?"
The falling lightbulb refers to Wednesday night's performance, when two light bulbs crashed to the stage at the top of Act 2. Patti apparently (in character) went and got a broom and swept up while the scene continued.
But yeah.....what is going on? Is this the ghost of Ethel at work??
WOW maybe voodoo haha.....i won't say who i think could be doing it though
Worse then the ghost of Ethel, Bernadette gets to the theatre mighty early to set all of this up.

These are signs this revival should never have happened.
Maybe next time the curtain can suddenly come up during Benanti's strip scene...
That would be the best mishap.

Does Patti's ex-husband have an alibi?
Is anyone else thinking that these occurrences should be the theme for Jesse Martin's last L&O episode??!!
I guess this is Merman's way of letting them know -- its time to give GYPSY a rest.
NO MORE REVIVALS OF GYPSY!
And so the GYPSY curse started at the St. James Theatre in March 2008.

New overture lyrics:
"I... HAD... A... HEADACHE...."
I have a feeling this revival could not do too well. Not just because of this, but because of the GYPSY revival about 5 years ago. As long as PBS tapes the show and puts it on DVd, I'll shut up.
I was there last night...it was something else. I'm a bit shocked that there have been so many technical mishaps. The scenery doesn't seem that complex.
Oh well...Long Live Lupone!
