Anthony Ramos and Leslie Odom Jr and their respective albums

Has anyone listened to either? I love Anthonys album and from what we have of Leslies it is also pretty superb. Im tempted to go to Anthonys concert on Friday in Chicago. Might be a last minute decision from me.

Of what I heard from Anthony's I like it a lot and am also consider going to his show since he's such a fun performer... plus tickets are only $15. Happy to see each having success after Hamilton on their solo projects.

Two great voices and I'm a fan of both. I'd like them to stay close to the stage and not give it up entirely, though.

I wonder why Leslie deleted his entire Instagram before promoting his new album. His wife also hasn't posted since July.

Love the Ramos album. Had no clue he had recorded one.

After the interview on Tavis Smiley where Odom dissed the theatre, I have not been a fan. Not a fan of his bit of arrogance either. So haven't heard any of his recordings. JMO

Id pay like 10x that amount to see Ramos. Count me in! Loving the album as well, very impressed especially if this is his first one.

I vaguely remember reading an interview with him where he pretty much declared himself irreplaceable in Hamilton. I don't recall his exact wording, but I'm pretty sure he said it outright as opposed to subtly hinting at his greatness. I believe this was right before they would have began re-negotiations. In fact, the more that I thin about it, I think he pretty much said they would do anything to keep him. After that I also was not a fan.  I was amused when he didn't extend.

Just wanted to add the mind over matter music video is freaking hot. Like what?!! The sexual tension between Jasmine and Anthony is just steaming.

Not sure if there was another thread about Anthony Ramos' tour in support of his album - anyways am at his concert here in Vancouver tonight, the last show of his short tour. Unfortunately at a club in tge worst neighborhood in the city - you gotta step around addicts shooting up to get here. About 200-250 people.
He's got a lot of stage banter/stories, and a very hot, tight band. Haven't listened to his album but songs very good.

Saw Leslie Odom, Jr. in concert last December- did not know it was going to be a Christmas-only program. The cost was pretty high- he was on for 55 minutes- no intermission- and that was that. Was very disappointed. Would never pay to see him again.
