With those sales? They’ve no need to put out a discount code.

If they are getting away with charging over $500 a ticket in some instances and people are paying it, there’s not going to be any discount code.

There are none from what I see. And doubt any are forthcoming. Suggest grabbing what you can. While you can. Quickly.

They made almost 500k more this week than last week in a theater with less than 1000 seats - there won't be any codes rn. If you want to see it I'd buy in January possibly Feb when its slightly slower but they won't be huge discounts (also use private browser as its dynamic pricing)

What would this accomplish?
Sometimes TodayTix has $20 off promos. That's how my friend bought a cheaper ticket for next spring.

The website lists some seats as "promo seats." What are they?

There's absolutely no reason to buy in haste. There are plenty of seats available, and I keep getting emails about how the show is open and has great reviews, which tells me their advance sales could be better.

When you click on them they say Amex seats, so I assume you just need to use an Amex card to purchase. They’re definitely not cheaper than the surrounding seats.

I just want to bump this back to the top cause everytime I read the subject line it makes me laugh so hard!

It’s a small theatre. I went cheap for this based on the prices, and sat in Row E of the second balcony. The seats were surprisingly very good. Save $$ by getting rear second balcony seats for like $100 in the wi yet months. But do it now. They will go quickly because they are cheap (for B’way).

Not sure why that would be funny. Virtually the entire extension period is at most 30% sold. This is not selling anywhere near as well as they're trying to make you think. Discounts (or steep drops in ticket prices) are certainly going to be coming.
