Thanks bjh, did they say which ten seats they're giving out? I'm guessing either the first row orchestra center or the last row mezz?
They didn't specify, but I am pretty sure the front row center seats are on sale to the general public through Telecharge. My guess would be the front row side sections in addition to whichever box they aren't using for sound/light equipment.

How long does the show run? Is there an intermission?
In Chicago, it was two-and-a-half hours with intermission.
According to telecharge, it's 2 hours and 15 minutes, including one 15 minute intermission.
Today they updated the SRO/Rush policy page on Playbill:

Anyone try today?
Has anyone used the rush seats for this show yet? I was wondering where they were located.

The box office told me when I asked a few weeks ago it was strictly last row mezz for student rush.
Are the seats still in the last row of the mezz?

Yes. 1 ticket per ID. Only sold when the box office opens.
Tickets are available on TDF through the end of the run.
I tried to rush the evening performance this past Sunday but all the allotted seats had been sold. Not that it isn't their prerogative in terms of how many rush tickets to provide (and where they're located), but the box office guy was awfully rude and patronizing about it.
I can see having a more restrictive policy if the show is a hit and they're selling at premium prices, but they did 42% capacity last week. Certainly they could have sold a few more rush seats and gotten at least part of the face value back, and had some extra butts in the seats to boot. Hopefully people were allowed to move down if the seats are in the rear mezz.
Just saying... no axe to grind here. I bought a 9th row orchestra seat to FINIAN'S instead and the box office people couldn't have been nicer a block away at the St. James (the show was very enjoyable too).
^ This box office did the same thing with AUGUST. Really doesn't make much sense. But they may just be following the producers' wishes.
