Asain Guy Character on Broadway?

I'm just wondering if they have any Asian guy character on the current/upcoming broadway productions? I know Spelling Bee's Chip. Anything else?

There are at least two Asian-American actors in the current ensemble of RENT.

Are you talking specifically-written Asian characters, or actors?

If the former, then the only few I can think of are Bombay Dreams, Flower Drum Song, Pacific Overtures and Thoroughly Modern Millie.

If you mean Asian actors on Broadway, that's still a dreadfully low number too.

Anything Goes has Ching and Ling in the 1962 verison, but there 1 sided stereotypes.

No longer playing, but Miss Saigon had many Asian actors and characters.

There is a small number of Asian actors on Broadway right now and although I think there should be more, it makes me happy as an Asian performer to see that Broadway is open to the casting of minorities. I hope they continue to cast Asians after I graduate college!

MAME may need an understudy
The Original FLOWER DRUM.....
was of it's time but had only maybe half Asians in the cast
Larry Blyden was not Asian
or Junita Hall
But they were great in the show
The new FDS had All Asians (I think) and had them dancing in Chinese Take Out Boxes
it's too confusing
Ann Sanders was a beautiful and perfect Belle

one character i can think of in mamma mia is USUALLY asian (at least in canadian tours), uhm...the character role with the small part although he does share a song with one of the leading ladies. I'm completely forgetting names here...its a hispanic sounding name...shoot...anyone recall?
