2 Questions...
1) When do they typically post there deals for the next month? I am planning a trip in September and they have posted the August rewards, but I want to make sure I am first in line when they post their September deals. Do you have any idea when these typically go out?
2) Do they typically provide good seats? I figured I could save myself some money, but I want to make sure they provide decent seats.

I really don't remember when they posted for the next month. I'd say maybe the second week of the previous month. When I went to see les MIs with this I got row l in the orchestra like 4 seats off the aisle. My friend used the fun home reward and got in the 100 section.

Figured I should ask, you do not get to choose your seats from a seating chart by using AR? Thinking of using points for the first time. Also, is there a confirmation page before you're locked into your seats?

You don't get to choose your seats, but they tell you it normally within a day or even immediately after buying it. All I remember when buying them is that you use PayPal.
Didn't someone here mention that they called and asked what seats were available and got to pick? I swear I remember that.

The rewards + cash option you do online. Are you thinking of the only rewards option? Because there you do have to call someone
Idk, I thought the person called right after purchasing and picked from the options. I'd have to look at the original AR thread

I've called with Telecharge open in my browser and requested specific seats. Both times I used the 10,000 points option.
