Dungey was actually one of the main reasons I was looking forward to this project, so while I'm happy to see McDonald working, I'm more sad to see it at the expense of one actress I love to see on TV.

Congrats to Audra but that sucks for Merrin. I really liked her chemistry with Kate Walsh but hey that's how the business is. I'm sure Merrin will land on her feet, she was great on Alias!

Wasn't crazy about the "enhanced" episode. Wasn't sure if I would watch the spin-off. Well, now my decision has been made. I will be in front of the tv for every episode if Audra is in it.

hate to be a buzz kill but I was just on the ABC website and it says that Naomi, Audra's part is going to be a voice-over role like Mary Alice on Desperate Housewives SOOOOOOOOOOO not happy.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

I don't think Audra will only be doing voiceovers on the show, that would basically be cutting the character completely. I'm thinking that it will be like Grey's Anatomy in the sense that they have a voiceover every week, but Audra will always be doing it. At least that's what I'm hoping. It would be a waste of her talent to only have her do voiceovers.

There wouldn't be lights bright enough!

That's probably just what they're doing to incorporate her into the pilot rather than trying to re-shoot everything over again (in the event they're re-airing it again as a stand alone episode to kick off the series in the fall.)

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
