Avenue Q Tour... It's offical!

Today the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center annouced their new season... and Avenue Q was on it!

I got my step-mother a gift certificate to Tampa PAC for christmas. They sent me the 2007 catalog and I was VERY impressed. They had the majority of all of the big tours making stops. I used to feel bad that she didn't get to go see shows up here often, but no longer.

It's great to hear Q & Drowsy are starting tours!

Jeff Marx hometown is like...10 minutes from me. Obviously he no longer lives around here but boy- he still loves his home town, right Jeff?

So, that was the Drowsy Chaperone. Oh, I love it so much. I know it's not a perfect show...but it does what a musical is supposed to do. It takes you to another world, and it gives you a little tune to carry with you in your head for when you're feeling blue. Ya know?

Also, it says they are planning on capping the season with a multiweek run of Jersey Boys.
