Thought it'd be great to have a consolidated thread for the BC/EFA collections that have started for the Fall 2014 season. Saw videos of Alex Sharp (Curious Incident) and the cast of Cabaret signing a stack of posters on Twitter… Does anyone know of other shows that are collecting and what items have been offered?
Based on the other thread, It's Only A Play has signed posters for $200, pot holders and signed Playbills for $60 each.
What's the timeline for this collection? When does it end?
six weeks, twice a year

GGLAM on Sunday:
-signed posters for $60
-signed Playbills for $20
-three different limited edition numbered (only 200 of each) and signed lithographs of the two male leads and Sibella for $40 each (if not mistaken). These are artist illustrations and not production photos. They were quite nice and drawn in a graphic novel/comic book style (i.e. more lifelike portaits than say Squiggs drawing)
-Photo with any cast member holding a bucket $5 each (two leads and Sibella were each posted at the exit)
-Carols for a Cure CD, don't recall price

I saw YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU yesterday and there was no speech or collection taking place. Maybe they weren't doing it for the matinee?

Can anyone confirm that Cabaret is selling signed posters? And if so, how much?

Cabaret has signed windowcards for $100, signed playbills for $40, Carols for a Cure cd for $20, Kit Kat Klub calendar for $20, and they have a cardboard cutout set up of Alan and a Kit Kat Klub girl and boy, with the faces cut out, so you can stand behind it and take a picture for $10.
Aladdin:
- signed cast poster ($80)
- "You've Never Had a Cook Like Me" apron ($20)
- Carols for a Cure CD ($20)
- backstage tour for up to four people, including picture with Babek, Omar and Kassim while you hold the magic lamp prop ($250)
Saw HEDWIG yesterday:
I heart Hedwig buttons- $5
Signed playbills $40
Guitar string bracelets with a cast signed package- $150
I saw a note that signed posters will be available starting this coming week.
I'm going to the Sat. matinee of "It's Only a Play" shows collect after matinees correct?
"On The Town" has signed playbills for $40, signed window cards for $100 and the Carols for a Cure CD for $20.
Bump...anymore news? Any update from curious incident?

Curious has the signed posters for 60 (which I bought) and signed playbills for 20. The signed poster is very nice, everybody signed it halfway from center to the bottom, so it looked like they signed on the squared tiles. They were saying that the proceed is going to another different charity (for autistic child, maybe? I didn't hear it properly what it was).
BTW, it was the best play for this season so far for me!

It is an autism charity, but still being handled through BC/EFA.

Additionally, after today's show, Hedwig offered
- cast signed drum sticks (used in show) - $30
- guitar picks (used in show) made into earrings - $?? (around $10??)
- Carols for a Cure CD $20?
* those guitar string bracelets w/NPH or AR & cast sigs were only $50 at the Broadway Flea … sigh… at least it's for a good cause…
On a side note - they finally got new MCH posters! http://www.pinterest.com/pin/511580838895970486/
At yesterday's matinee, the signed window cards for On the Town were $80.

Do they do this for tours as well? I am seeing Newsies in a couple of weeks and was wondering if they would be doing this. I remember seeing War Horse last year in November and after the show they were selling signed posters and had buckets for donations.
A lot of the tours collect, yes. I'm not sure if Newsies is though.

Is Hedwig now selling signed window cards? If so, how much? I would love to stop by and pick one up.

Hedwig didn't have window cards when I went on 11/6. They did have $40 playbills, though.
