Sorry if a thread like this has already been made, I was wondering which shows are collecting/have special merch for sale.
I went to Hadestown last week and they had signed posters (not full cast, only the cast that performed that night) for $150 and “Belladonna Kiss by Orpheus” chapstick for $5
Curious also what other shows are offering..

I was at Hadestown last week too and got a poster, which looked like it had been signed by cast from the past, not just that performance’s cast, specifically noticed Amber Gray and Afra Hines. During the speech, they said that it was signed by the full company, though might have been full company from a while ago?

MJ the musical also offered $40 for signed playbill and $100 for signed poster.
Desperately want that Company signed Playbill anyone know if it's possible to get one without going? If I stopped by the box office might they be able to grab one (I would leave the donation, of course)?

I’m sorry if this is a stupid question. I’m going to New York next week and I’ve never done BC/EFA before. Do I need to have cash to purchase playbills and posters? Or will they accept credit cards?

They might be left over posters from the Flea Market. I remember them still have a good amount at the end of the day.

These are specials that are only offered through BCEFA collection periods, but only when they’re collecting at those shows, during that specific time after the show. They would not have the playbills at the box office

While checking out the BC/EFA site, I came across this link . It seems that some unsold items may be
offered on an eBay site of BC/EFA --

TAKE ME OUT had cast signed Playbills for $80, posters for $120, and a special signed baseball Patrick Adams got everyone for opening night for $200.

Damn I would have gotten a take me out poster for sure.
Kudos to Music Man!!! That roughly averaged to $40k raised per performance!
When I was at Music Man a few weeks ago, I recall the winner of the auction bid $11000 but Jackman made a deal to to the 2nd and 3rd place bidders and in the end raised $30,000 total from those 3 bidders alone (each bidder donated $10k each). Add all the other red bucket donations and from the sales of signed playbills, etc. I can see each performance raising over $40k.
