At Matilda last night, they had the Carols CD, and signed Playbills (Including the 4 Matildas...not sure about the other kids) for only $40. That's all!

Evita Tour last night had signed cast posters for $100 and Josh Young signing his own cd in the lobby "with a portion of the proceeds" going to BCEFA
On the weekend at Book of Mormon the guy (maybe Matt Loehr?) made a speech about how they were in competition with Wicked to raise the most money but that "those bitches were cheatin offering blow jobs backstage " - that's a rough paraphrase.
Anyways they had a poster signed by the cast for $200.
No mention at the Public or Buyer &Cellar.
Pippin had the previously mentioned X-mas CD for $20 and a cast signed poster for $100 - which I purchased on my way out after already spending too much on souvenirs at the intermission!! Vacations are meant to put you in debt right? Honestly I felt that compared to BoM this show handled things way classier and they were the one who could be asking $200. I am a bit disappointed after reading that some shows auction items because I would have gladly bid on any piece of Erik Altemus's - how about his reproductive organs up my pikestaff! ... and there goes all the class out the window

Last Friday, Kinky Boots sold a pair of red Kinky Boots (any size you want). It was funny, they started the bidding at $100 and were trying to encourage people to spend more. It seemed like whenever anyone bid - this same person would top the bid. At $700, the auctioneer said anyone wants to go higher, and the kid who plays young Charlie on stage yelled out $900. Everyone laughed but no one officially upped the price it so they went for $700. I believe Billy said they were auctioning off more boots at all weekend performances.
They were also selling the same Carols for a Cure CD for $20.
And there was a signed by the cast something-or-other. I could "hear" the speeches but I couldn't see the stage as I was in the theater but not in the audience so I am not sure if it was a playbill or poster. I believe that was being sold for $50 but don't quote me on that one.
And there was also a mini-speech about everyone being tired of Mormons or witches winning the competition for most BC sales and they hoped to buck the trend.

Yeah, it's usually Matt Loehr and/or Asmeret Ghebremichael. Cody Jamison Strand has also started doing cartwheels as part of the speech. :)
I have a question- sorry if this has already been asked. But as Broadway Cares ever offered the signed posters and playbills that they sell in the theatre online? I know I for one would really love if they did, because there are a lot of times that I haven’t been in NYC when they are collecting and wasn’t able to get a poster- I mean, the price they are asking for in the theatre can’t be beat and any other place they would sell it for twice as much. They could have a limited number of the signed posters and playbills available for purchase online. I imagine they would make a lot of money, because I am sure lots of people would love to have posters signed from their favorite show and can’t be in NYC when they are collecting. I also wonder what happens to the posters that are left over when they stop collecting- I’m guessing they end up at the Flea market. Just a Thought. I know they sometimes auction them off online on Broadway Cares, but it's usually just one.
BCEFA does continually post items on eBay and most of the items are cast signed playbills and windowcards, along with opening night gifts and other memorabilia. That's probably your best bet.
At Big Fish Saturday, they had signed posters for $80, and Norbert made a really funny speech!
But do they usually list one of the item- not a number of the same item- for example, they list one signed Kinky Boots Playbill, not more then one so more people can get one.

Sorry this is so late, but I think the Pippin posters were current cast only.
I saw Pippin twice this past week and they were not selling anything for Broadway Cares, they didn't even mentioned it after the show (as all the other shows I saw did). What's up with that? I wanted to get the poster =(
Yes, one item at a time. Here is a link to their eBay listings:

They mentioned it at the Wednesday Nov 13 matinee. Maybe they decided to do only so many posters and once those went they stopped?

Has Twelfth Night/Richard III added anything for BC/EFA since opening?
^Yes. I was there today. Playbills for $40, windowcards for $100, and prop candles for $20.

Betrayal had signed playbills for $60 and signed posters for $200.
When does the collection stop? Pissed that they weren't selling Betrayal posters when I saw the show last week. Would've bought one.
Collecting usually goes through the Gypsy of the Year event, which is on December 2nd.
ETA- the post below has the correct date. I was looking BCEFA's event calendar and just assumed the first event in December was Gypsy of the Year, but it's actually Christmas Eve with "Christmas Eve".

Gypsy of the Year will be held on Monday, December 9th and Tuesday, December 10th. Collections usually go until Saturday evening prior.
Maybe that's the case, Inception. But still, it seems pretty odd. I really wanted that poster... =(
Maybe they had just temporarily run out. I (finally) saw Pippin this weekend and was able to purchase two of the posters.

Does anyone know when this ends?
My sister is interested in getting a Matilda signed playbill with the 4 matildas and isn't sure if it is still offered or not? She's seeing the show this Saturday. Any updates?

It was offered last night. $40. And they still have full cast signed posters for $100.

Is it only the 4 Matildas who sign it or does it include other cast members as well?
