I think it is. It actually has a kick ass score and the story is a little weak but I think it is a wonderful show overall. Eden was power house in it. Thoughts?

Posted: 1/5/14 at 5:17pmI have never seen the show, but i bought the cast recording because Eden Espinosa was on it and I was prepared to love it but had a very hard time forcing myself to listen to it even once. It is by far the worst score that I have ever heard.

Posted: 1/5/14 at 6:06pmThe best ear-piercing rock concert I ever heard on Broadway. 5/4 stars, would wear ear plugs to see it again.

It's nice of Gleeker (who signed up a few days ago) to use the "blank post" on me, something that we used to do around here a while ago in regards to another troll.
So why was your previous screen name, Gleeker?

Posted: 1/5/14 at 7:07pmI can attest that Brooklyn was bad. The night I saw it Eden Espinosa's voice sounded like it was totally shot. The entire cast did the best they could but there was really no salvaging it. The score was underwhelming and the book was even worse. It ranks up there with Rent as one of the loudest Broadway shows I've ever seen.
