My favorite remains On The Twentieth Century with it's mirrored gatefold cover. The inside was delicious too.

In 1979 I bought a framed beach towel with the on the Twentieth Century album cover on it at the old May Company on Wilshire Blvd and dragged it home to San Francisco with me, and then from apartment to apartment over the years. Yes, it's a great design.

The London 'Follies'.
Not a great photo but you'll get the idea... pretty stunning in your hand. 
The production had a different cover for the CD release later.

Posted: 8/24/11 at 3:02pmI went off to college with an (unframed) lobby card of "Twentieth Century." It got destroyed in some dorm room hi-jinks. I am still sad. Luckily I had that Follies poster matted and framed- god it's gorgeous!
