The rules have been changed a bit. As soon as a show reaches 10 votes, it is declared the winner of that competition.
That will speed up May Madness and it will be more interesting to follow.

That's ridiculous. What if one reaches 10 and the other 9? You have to wait more than a couple hours.

This was a good idea.
It was terribly executed, though.
I am changing the rules back to the original.

your constant rule-changing is confusing and not really improving this.

wickedfan is really doing a crappy job with this.
TGMAG has been running smoothly for over a week because I haven't been trying to change the rules every five minutes.

Take over, PG2.

OR AM I!!!
but serisouly this could use a streamlining, I kinda think it should be similar to PG2's contests. No offense wickedfan.

Here's a good question: Where in the hey is Into The Woods in this competiton?!
Updated On: 4/30/09 at 10:38 PM
It doesn't qualify. This is for productions that won the Tony for Best Musical.

I see. I thought it meant the best show that ever won a tony xD Thanks.
The Mystery of Edwin Drood and Sunset Boulevard have won their competitions. Here are the ones for tonight/tomorrow:
Jerome Robbins' Broadway- 1
City of Angels- 0
Annie- 1
Crazy for You- 0

I think this is a good idea and I'm doing it exactly like PG2 is doing his contest.
not exactly
there were no qualifiers
and there's only a ten vote limit rather than a day long competition
this was why PG2s was more fair and fun
I changed the rules back to voting is all day. And the competition is for the best Tony-WINNING musical. So, all of the Tony-winning musicals are in the competition.

Your "competition" just didn't catch on like PG2's.
eh, why not
Jerome Robbins' Broadway- 1
City of Angels- 1
Annie- 2
Crazy for You- 0
now the only problem I see with this competition is that it's gonna take a hell of a long time to finish it, which is why i think there should've been a qualifier round to weed out the Tony winning shows no one would vote for in the first place.

City of Angels - 2
Annie - 3
