sorry trying to get the hang of this. The little boy Tom was poorly but is better now, thank you. The professionalism of the lads playing Billy is astounding. Not only able to play Billy but stand in as Michael as well. Amazing

Two Billys on the stage in one night… what a show that must have been! What was it like seeing both Leon and Liam in the ‘Expressing Yourself’ song? Does he make a good Michael?

That is so cool!! Liam as Michael, that would be interesting to watch! Did he pull it off? What was his performance like? That was really good of him to do it seeing as he has never done it before, must have been rather daunting!

wow that would of been interesting to watch...liam and leon all in one night...also a bit of a mouthful to say...did liam make a good michael? if i was him i would of got confussed and joined in on all of 'billys' bits. but i supose liam is a professional

Thats amazing to hear about Liam! What a professional! I supose he does know the script off by heart...but still he must have been concentrating hard not to get muddled, and he wouldn't have been able to do his electricity number or anything, he'd just have to stand by and watch someone else do it! I wonder whether he enjoyed it. The first time he wasn't the main part!

You are right - I was nervous that they were going to put off the show, but Liam Mower saved the day and was an amazing Michael.

SO ME AND LM ARE NOT ENTITLED TO SPEAK NOW ARE WE. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT JUST COS WE DON'T AGRE WITH YOU THAT EVERYONE IS PERFECT WE ARE STILL ENTITLED TO OUR OPINION. OF COURSE THE CAST DON'T READ THIS THEY ARE NOT GEEKS AND DO NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT ANYONE THINKS AS LONG AS THEY GET PAID,EVEN IF THE MONEY IS COMING FROM PEOPLE WITH A LITTLE BOY PROBLEM.
ALSO HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLEY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SHOW. I LOVE THE SHOW BUT HATE THE SETS,I LOVE LIAM BUT THINK JAMES WAS AVERAGE. I LOVE SOME SONGS BUT THINK OTHERS ARE WEAK. YOU SEE I AM NORMAL AND CAN LIKE SOMETHING WITHOUT THINKING ITS PERFECT.

What was Liam like as michael? if you didnt know he was a Billy, you would have thought he always played Michael, he was that good. Just as Tessa Worsley was standing in as Grandma and if you hadn't seen the show before would never know that she was an understudy, the same was true of Liam. Incredibly professional. Just as Ryan or Brad steal the show during Express yourself, Liam did the same - and his timing was perfect with lines etc.. you could tell he knew exactly what he was trying to do!
And it looked like both he and Leon enjoyed pulling it off enormously. At the end of show Tim Healy pushed Liam forward to join Leon at the front of the stage to get a well deserved ovation. It must of been a real experience for both of them to go through something new - just as they were settling into their routine performance routines.
I wonder if they have planned for this before or whether he had lots of time to prepare, because the quality of performance was simply superb. And glad to hear the small boy is OK, hope Joey and Brad/Ryan recover soon also.

if you don't remember, since they announced the creation of the show i have been a huge advocate and spurred it on and sayed YAY YAY YAY for months and months and months and finally, we had a date down and tickets. but now, poo...

my dream is crushed.

no Billy Elliot for me.

To musicals fan,no one is trying to deny you free speech all we are saying is that is there any need to be so offensive? You and LM have both been offensive to the fans but were big enough to look after ourselves what is more worrying is your being offensive and downright rude to the child members of the cast(especially James for some reason)this is out of order.
Also you say you "love" the show but then rip it to pieces! You must be very easily pleased then.
Onto nicer things,well done to Liam as Michael. Wow that must have been incredible to watch.

Talking of changing the programme, they have now changed the introduction to billyelliotthemusical.com by removing james' picture and replacing it with one of Leon.

Seems to me that your all being a little to defensive now why could that be. anyway im not looking to argue with anyone i love the show and am as much a fan of it as anyone on here im just a fan for the right reasons thats all. who is on the cd LM do you know. lets hope and pray its liam who elton obviously rates miles above the others anyway. see no critism of anyone are you happy now and next time think about any feeling of me and lm you may be hurting or is that different
