Broadway 2017=2018 Preview Guide
Harry Potter, Olaf the snowman and Spongebob Squarepants all plan to perform on Broadway this season, as will Michael Moore, Mark Rylance and Elizabeth McGovern; new plays by Ayad Akhtar and Tracy Letts; and revivals of My Fair Lady, M. Butterfly, and Carousel.

The Band's Visit, Harry Potter & the Cursed Child, & Frozen (though I am not hyped about the cast).
My Fair Lady
Though neither are confirmed: SWEET CHARITY & DREAMGIRLS.
My Fair Lady, of course. The side story of who will play Eliza may be more entertaining than the show.
I'm really pretty excited about City Center production of Brigadoon in November. Never seen it. Been wanting to see it and now get it with Kelli O'Hara and Steven Pasquale in the leads.

I'm really holding out for Little Dancer to open next season.

The Minutes, I really enjoy most of Tracy Letts work so I'm really looking forward to this one.

Carousel and Once on this Island
Also curious about Mean Girls
Honestly? Probably Harry Potter, thought I don't want to admit it. I'm a big fan of the books and though I know the script for it is kind of horrendous, everyone I know who's seen it in London says it's a technical spectacle.
If Hadestown gets confirmed, though, that blows everything else out of the water imo.
I'm interested in
- "Mean Girls" (might go to DC to see it)
- "Carousel" (very hopeful for this)
- "Frozen" (still not impressed w/casting...I think the set design will be impressive; lighting design will send ice freezing all over the stage; puppets..the stageworks will be the star)
- "Sweet Charity" (will they stage it for a smaller theater like 9th Ave or re-stage and blow it bigger; please keep the all female orchestra)

"Carousel", "Once on This Island", "My Fair Lady" and "The Band's Visit"
Farinelli & The King, My Fair Lady, and Carousel. Carousel I'm honestly only interested in because of Joshua Henry and Jessie Mueller. I'd see anything with them in it.
