anyone know if the $50 Kimberly Akimono tickets on Today Tix have been up for every/most shows recently or if it's very random? I saw they just have it up for today, but no other days in the future. I'm coming to town next saturday, and can hopefully catch the evening show, but because of potential delays and such I don't really want to buy a ticket it advance (plus $100 is a bit much for me). I am also a student so I could try the rush, but there's no way I would be able to be there early. Have anyone tried that and know if it would be possible to get a student rush ticket right before the show (not 2 hours)? It's also the last show which might make it harder, but seems to be a bit of tickets left right now at least.
it was just one week of $50 tix....there was one show for $25 but once those were gone it was back up to $50.

The Broadway Week 2 for 1 sale runs this winter from 1/18 to 2/13. The presale is available for Mastercard holders now or to the general public on Tuesday January 11th. Use the following codes:
BWMC – Use this code for the cheapest seats that average $70
BWUPMC -Use this code for upgraded seats that are $125
There are only eleven participating shows at the moment. I combed through the options and here is a summary of prices (not including fees) for a typical weekday evening:

Can you bring that code to the box office? Or is it only through TodayTix? (Knowing this company's past, I'm not inclined to give them my business.)"
What's wrong with their past? (and no the code is not valid at the box office).

$125 PER ticket for Broadway Week?? Yikes how times have changed. I just saw I had a front mezz center ticket for The Color Purple in 2016 for $68.50 during Broadway week and one for front mezz for Cinderella in 2014 for $64.50. Sigh.

My comment is moreso about the seating selection (I went and edited my post before I saw you quoted me) - For reference, I looked at an old ticket I had from 2016 for the Color Purple. Front mezz center for $68.50. In 2014 for Cinderella, I got a front mezz ticket for $64.50. It seems most theatres are now charging $125 for front mezz. For a show like Moulin Rouge - they are charging $125 instead of $159 for some seats. Sure, it's a discount but I would hardly call it 2 for 1. Just disappointing is all.
Agreed. Today we live under the gauntlet of dynamic pricing. I don’t find these 2 for 1 discounts that enticing or interesting. I think TDF is a better way to go to secure better options, seating and prices.
I haven't looked at the Broadway week offers too closely in the past but I was shocked at how low the prices were for the Disney shows. $60 for orchestra seats where the view actually seems quite decent is quite a steal in my eyes.
Has anyone tried using the codes for this at the box office before to avoid fees and do they accept them (I know they do other discount codes usually, but since this s coming from a different source I'm not sure). Also did Disney stop paying Ticketmaster fees for their shows?
