Is it too early to consider Mincemeat a hit? I was very curious as to how it would be received in the US as it seemed it could go either way.

I would call it a hit in the sense that, amidst a giant glut of new shows that have opened and are tanking, it’s holding steady without any major drops. When the post-Tony/summer closures happen, along with the inevitable win for Jak Malone, it may add a little extra garnish on those numbers.
