I imagine we're getting an idea of what the summer might look like excluding those with major nominations.

Good for A Doll's House, Part 2. It's nice to see raves translate at the box office.

Every week after a major holiday weekend has that much red.

Will Six Degrees finish their run? Those are pretty low grosses for a show with that big of a cast.

I also wonder how much longer The Play That Goes Wrong will run. It has tickets on sale through January 2018 but I can't imagine it'll last past the summer at this rate.

Id worry about SIX DEGREES first. I can't imagine THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG is terribly expensive to run, especially considering there are no star salaries and their biggest expense is probably maintenance of the set. They might be one of the few slighted (since it got one nod for Set) shows to wether the storm

I'm always impressed how the KINKY BOOTS producers manage to find the box office talent to keep the show going.

Re: Six Degrees... have they been doing much advertising or press? I feel like Allison Janney should be doing the circuits but I haven't seen her on anything, or many ads for it at all. What gives?

Janney was around promoting it early in the run but I wonder if people just feel like the movie version is good enough.

I thought six degrees was terrible so maybe the word of mouth on it isn't good either.

I agree to an extent. It didn't feel like a necessary revival.

After almost 30 years, Phantom is still on a roll.  Very impressive.

I saw Allison Janney and JBH on Watch What Happens Live but that's it. I don't get why it's doing so badly - have a feeling like many of you that the end is getting closer so will try to catch it soon.

Six Degrees has been handing out comps a great deal over the past few weeks, which is not a great sign.

There are casting companies for that purpose.

Yeah, those casting companies don't go through the producers they just cast whoever they want these days!

If you're referring to Six Degrees I'd say rush. I got center orch tickets for $32 last Friday at 3pm for an 8pm curtain.
