No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
- Article I, section 9, clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution
My understanding is that Constitution prohibits the states and the federal government for bestowing noble titles. It does not prevent private citizens from accepting them. Prince Harry's wife Meghan is the Duchess of Sussex and is an American citizen, as are both their children who are a Prince and Princess. I believe the issue would be if any of them wanted to run for office.

I'm trying to figure out how you could have possibly have missed the word "if." It was literally the first word in the original post. Anyhow, since you clearly missed it, this is a hypothetical question based on the presupposition that the US conferred titles of nobility.
Are you saying that none of these people would have titles if the United States conferred them? I'm pretty sure some of them would. Otherwise, see my response to akhoya87.
