I am doing a list of Broadway songs that mention certain colors, and the only one that I cannot think of a good quote for is orange. Any suggestions?
"The Beautiful Land" from Roar of the Greasepaint, The Smell of the Crowd. "Color and Light" and "Sunday" from Sunday in the Park with George. Also, it's a West End musical, but "Sorry You've Been Troubled" from Chrysanthemum.

"stay in the shade, girls, it's getting hot... it's getting orange"

And given the fruit obsession of Polly Pen's homoerotic all girl chamber piece Goblin Market, I suspect that there are oranges there.
