I have this CD and play it quite a lot. The bad singing is part of the charm. Of course, Tara's "Under Your Spell" is just lovely. I think it would be campy fun to see it live off-Broadway. Just the Buffy geeks, like myself, would sell out the first month.
My favorite line is from Dawn after Sweet tells her he will make her his queen:
No you see You and me Wouldn't be very regal
What I mean I'm fifteen so this "queen" thing's illegal
"Do you know ChrisLovesShows?" "Yes. Why, yes he does!"
There is a legal stage version of this episode. It was premiered here in CT at the Yale cabaret theater a few years ago. It was a great production.I was never a Buffy fan, but I really enjoyed the show I saw at Yale.
I've been looking for the sheet music to Mrs, which is actually in a later episode with a flashback to Once More with Feeling. It's an awesome song Anya has and I would love to use it for class or something....Any suggestions on where I can get it?? I know Colony doesn't have it in any of their listings....
I remember listening to the soundtrack in the car back in the ole days.

Try requesting it directly from Joss himself, I'm sure he'd part with it. Word on the street is that Joss has always wanted to make a stage version of Buffy so I can imagine he'd think about adapating OMWF or creating an all-new, original musical.
