The murder is only mentioned in the comments section of the attached article, not in the article itself. I don't know about you, but I seldom bother with reading those.

In any case, it's clear Ripped Man didn't know. Given the circumstances, you could have more considerate in correcting his misapprehension - but you know, whatever....

I'm sorry, I felt... at the time of my comment... that it was ignorant to post without actually having read the situation... I didn't say he was mean, or dumb, or a "douchebag"... I was pointing out (in a passive-aggressive manner) that one should read up on an issue before posting about it... otherwise you look foolish. Again, I wasn't insulting the poster... just... making a point in an obnoxious way. As such... I don't need to be told "I could have been more considerate"... as I am aware of that fact, but chose not to be "more considerate." That was the point.

I can't even imagine having to go back to doing a musical comedy when something like this has just happened to you. The entire world just stops when a loved one dies.

we were going from jersey to see it on thursday so when i called for a refund, before i even found out about the murder, the 5th ave told me that the circumstances were unusual and there was a catastrophi and they were canceling the following 2-3 performances as well, as they should

I have a feeling that the two day cancellation was to rehearse the understudy. I wouldn't expect Norbert back this weekend, but if he is, god bless him.

no when i was on the phone cancelling they said they had no understudies.. i literally questioned them 5 times cuz i did not believe it but there are no understudies
