Saw this modern version of The Seagull and Cate Blanchett shined through out. Not impressed with corn field scenery or golf cart on stage. Had a 20 £ seat in balcony so I was satisfied. Barbacan always a chore to travel to because of long walk from underground station.

Looks like this will be coming to New York in some capacity in 2026.

Saw this last month and adored it. Blanchett is a ham but you cannot take your eyes off her. The entire cast was solid.

Did you really? Yes, she was good, but the part is so flashy anyhow.
The show is one hour too long, and the second half is a snooze fest. A complete disappointment as a stage production, but one of the best naps of my life!
