Um I saw Stephanie D'abruzzo in a Duane Reade, David Gaschen (from phantom) in the store at the same time, at least I'm pretty sure that was him. And Megan Hilty making reservations at the restaraunt next to the Gershwin. She seemed kind of weirded out because my family was just about gawking at her, lol.
I saw Sweet Charity June 11, '05 and on June 26th, I was in Shubert Alley and almost literally ran into Rob Bartlett. When I realized who it was I said "Rob!" and he didn't hear me. His younger son (of two) did, however, and kept saying "Dad! Dad! Dad?" until he said "um... Dad... you're deaf!!" and then Rob finally turned around my friend and then talked to him for awhile. =)
Then in January, my friend and I were walking down 8th telling her mom about the time we saw Sweet Charity and how it was Rob Bartlett's first performance in the show that night, how he was fantastic and we loved him, etc. Then we were just saying how we had randomly run into him in Shubert Alley and out of a restaurant comes...
Rob.
And we had just said "Rob Bartlett!" because we were saying how we had run into him in Shubert Alley... and he said, "Yes?"
Needless to say, my friend, Rob, and I all were confused and then laughed for about 5 minutes straight while trying to get the whole story out. He remembered us well and we chatted outside the restaurant (around the corner from where he was playing in The Odd Couple).
Both situations were just the oddest things I'd ever seen in my life.
Besides these...
- John Stamos and Mary Stuart Masterson (who I'm currently watching as Dr. Hendrix on Law & Order SVU, haha) at Dirty Rotten Scoundrels on January 7th. (This was the day I ran into Rob.)
... and others that I can't remember right now...

You guys talk of these people as if they 'live' their job and it's somehow out of the ordinary to see them at other places. It isn't.
"I've seen Harvey Fierstein in a parking garage."
That was really funny for some reason.

i saw Diane Sawyer and i just happen to be on the phone with my Grandma (who is her biggest fan ever) and i said "My Grandma loves you" and she said "Is that who your talking to? Let me say Hi!" So, I gave her the phone and Grandma was extremely confused and didn't beleive it was Diane and by the end of the conversation my Grandma called her "some fake wanne be Diane Sawyer" and Diane was extremely upset/mad at me (or grandma)....it was one of the oddest-embrassing-funniest moments of my life...
I spot at least one person connected to Broadway everytime I am in NYC. Most recently I saw Samuel Barnett and Russell Tovey in The Coffee Pot on 49th and 9th. I'm surprised I recognized them as I have yet to see History Boys.

I ran into Norb on the street on day.
Last time I was in NYC (July 15) I was across the street from the RiteAid by Wicked/Spelling Bee and saw Leah Hocking. I called out hello to her and she looked around. A huge bus went by then, but after it passed she saw me and pointed and waved. It was really funny. I crossed and we talked for awhile on the corner there. Apparently she had a sinus infection =( and was going to RiteAid =P Ick. I hope to catch her in Mamma Mia! soon.
I nearly ran into Denis O'Hare one day, and then once on my way somewhere I walked past Jay Reiss and then not two blocks away Deborah Craig.

At the top of my head.... Garth Kravitz at my school. He's a very close friend of my theatre teacher and she invited him to give our class a workshop. He's very nice and even played the piano and sang for us.
