but i take comfort in knowing that adam is a cool cat, and it is for the movie, and it is probably only half way done growing, so it'll look ok...i hope

"I think it was the Korean tour or something. They were all frickin' asian!" -Zoran912
Alicia Keys would be great just sitting on a stage smiling.
But Jessica Simpson...ew. I prefer she stays in her own tooth-whitened Louis Vuitton world and out of my favorite medium.
"You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don't make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing, and do them so well that people can't take their eyes off you."
- Maya Angelou
While the show was running, I remember her name popping up quite a bit for someone who might be good as Amneris. She wouldn't have to do any acting, that's for sure.
No stunt casting EVER again! Especially for Aida! Don't even wanna think about it!
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife
Hey...I think Jessica Simpson is ditzy and all that.....but as a singer she has the right voice for Amneris...and she is gorgeous...she's got the princess look. I would love to hear her version of "Everystory is a love story" she can hit all the notes.
"People have their opinions and that doesn't mean that their opinions are wrong or right. I just take it with a grain of salt because opinions are like as*holes, everyone has one".
-Felicia Finley-
I think she could sing it, but probably only really well once in a blue moon. I'm not sure she's got the vocal stamina for eight shows a week, regardless of the musical.
Not only that, but it actually takes a smart woman to play a dumb blonde on stage. Real dumb blondes can get away with it on film maybe, but the stage is different.
Well, when I put down a 'dream cast', I don't really think about who could handle it all week. I just put who I would like to see in the role. You know?
I want to write music. I want to sit down right now at my piano and write a song that people will listen to and remember and do the same thing every morning...for the rest of my life. - Jonathan Larson. Tick, Tick...BOOM!
