Chess 3 Leads all in for Sunday matinee 1/4?

Has anyone heard anything suggesting if Lea Michele, Nicholas Christopher, or Aaron Tveit will be out of the Chess matinee on Sunday 1/4? Lea shouldn’t be according to her Insta, but if anyone knows if she or Nicholas or Aaron will call out last minute, please let me know!

no one would have advance notice to someone calling out "last minute".

I’m pretty sure you mean well, but I beg of you to please consider the syntax of your question.

That being said, if anyone calls out, you won’t know until very close to showtime since the performers are really good at not calling out unless they have to and they have up to 30 minutes before curtain. When buying a ticket, you are assuming the risk that the cast is subject to change, but at least you can refund/exchange since all three are above the title.

If Lea happens to be out perchance, you’ll likely get Katerina Papacostas for Florence who, by my personal account, was a much more even match for Aaron.

All three stars have excellent attendance except for scheduled absences. With that being said, it's flu season anything can happen.

I was at the 12/16 performance where she and Samantha Pollino were on for Flo and Svet. I have nothing disparaging about Lea’s performance, but I found that Katerina was less “subservient” to Aaron and acted like an equal, which made her exit all the more impactful. 

I’ve seen the production 8 times now - I like to think I have an understanding of what I’m talking about.

By no means is quizking101 a shill of any kind. 

In fact, he is one of the more insightful sources this board has right now.
