as long as Neuwirth still does "All That Jazz", I'll be very happy.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Bring back Leigh Zimmerman as Velma Kelly!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXzt7sFu2WM

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

Donna will be on for Velma again June 19th. See her if you can, I completely disagree with messages above saying that she and Charlotte don't blend well. Their chemistry is fantastic.

well that was very minimal from CHICAGO. Kind of disappointed.

I have to agree with you.  Very minimal.  Plus, it was very odd that Bebe was wearing a light colored gown, while the rest wore black.  I guess the lead producers wanted to spend the least amount of $$ possible.  On the plus side, it was great to see Melissa Rae Mahon.  I did not recognize the dancer who looked like a red head.

According to Telecharge, Charlotte is scheduled thru July 10. Thanks vitamins for the next Donna Marie as Velma date. Do you know if that is for both matinee and evening? Any more scheduled dates thru July 10? Thanks for your help and info!

No problem - you're welcome. :) Telecharge seems to usually have a good listing of the actors and the dates they are in the show.

The company of "Kinky Boots" congratulates "Chicago" for their 20th year on Broadway.   Nice.  https://twitter.com/ChicagoMusical/status/742808028781645824

I got tickets to see it on July 31, Jaime's last day. So I will also get Bianca as Roxie. Is she good?

Maybe one day I will get to see Charlotte.

This is from 2011.  This Broadway.com video shows Charlotte D'Amboise and Tom Hewitt.  This Broadway.com/You Tube site has lots of Chicago videos.  One time, I read one of those Playbill interviews, which featured Tom Hewitt. In it, he was asked:  "What is your favorite post show meal?"  His response: "a chorus boy."  Haha!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1QpkpwxctRc

So I haven't seen Chicago on Broadway, and would love to cross that off my list. For those who have seen the show many times, are there any recurring cast members particularly worth seeing? Also, how's Jaime Camil been doing so far?

Saw it a few years ago, and liked it...because I really liked the movie.

Then went back to see it when Brandy was in it and loved it...so went 2 times to see her. She was phenomenal I thought.

I wonder who will come in as Billy Flynn, once Jaime Camil finishes his run on July 31.  I'm guessing it could by Ryan Silverman.  P.S.  Wow, this thread has surpassed 1000 replies since it began in 2011!!  Roughly half of them have been from me.  j/k

https://www.broadwayworld.com/videoplay/BWW-TV-Bryant-Park-Gets-Spicier-with-the-Help-of-CHICAGOs-New-Leads-20160716   Chicago at Bryant Park (2016) .  During "The Gun", I noticed that Bianca Marroquin was going gangbusters in that part where they use hand motions and turn around.  Jaime was doing the same thing with somewhat less energy  He had some charm.  I wish the clip had been longer, since it normally includes Donna Marie Asbury performing "All That Jazz."
