Trust me, wonderwa11...some of us noticed how beautiful Tyler Hanes is. Very sweet guy to boot when I've had the pleasure of meeting him.

With Tyler, Michael, and Charlotte in this....I definitely need tickets

Charlotte looks old compared to the rest.

Ye gads, i had an epiphany of sorts watching that. A Chorus Line was my show, y'know the one that has the special place in your heart. The show of shows if you will...

The exuberance of the cast was very moving in a funny sort of way. The decision has been made, this one i will cross the pond to see...

She does a bit, doodle, but I think that from the stage she'll look perfectly fine.

I love how excited they all seem about being in this production. Next season is going to be fantastic.

My favorite part of the video is actually when Charlotte accidentally gives away her "real" age when talking about seeing the original production and then catches herself. "I think I was 15 or 16...no wait...I was twelve. Or maybe nine..."

and tickets are supposed to go on sale some time in July. I'll definitly be one of the first in line.

I think everyone fits their role. This is going to be a great production!!!!!!!!!!!

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Whatever happened to those dangerously thin '70s dancers? (Probably too many of them had eating disorders.)

I didn't really think about that until I saw all these "modern" dancer bodies wearing the '70s Chorus Line costumes here.

It really shows me how "body fashion" and human sizes have changed. Probably for the better, too. But there are some "healthy" cast members here. (Not that it's a bad thing... it's just different than it used to be!)

The only one that stuck out to me as a little wider than the usual dancer was Alisan Porter, but I think she looks awesome.

Yehs, when the cast list was first revealed.. .It seemed to me they had casted young... at least younger than I thought they would have.

When I was making a side by side comparison w/ the original cast I did notice the 'shapes' of the dancers. - I just blame the obc's svelteness on the 70's.

But I happen to think overall this is a very attractive cast.

it looks like an INCREDIBLE cast. and i think CHORUS LINE is one show that SHOULD be done the "same" each time ... it's just that good of a show. a great cast, like this one appears to be, is what keeps it fresh.

Well, the character of Cassie is supposed to be a bit older than the rest. After all, she is coming up to this 'audition' after spending a lot of time off the stage (cassie).

I think charlotte fits the part perfectly. She might not be Donna, but I think she'll be pretty damn good!

...What happened next, was stranger still, a woman breathless and afraid, appeared out of the night, completely dressed in white. She had a secret she would tell, of one who had mistreated her. Her face and frightened gaze, my mind cannot erase...But then she ran from view. She looked so much like you...

She's not supposed to be twenty-five years older than the youngest kids on the line, though...

Cassie is supposed to be 32 (according to the ACL "bible"). She is the contemporary of Zach, Shelia and Bobby, so she's not supposed to be that much "older" than everyone else. Afterall, she says in the script that she's only been gone from Broadway for 2 years.

Charlotte looks alot older than the actresses playing Diana, Judy, and Val - i.e. the other "girls" who "make it," which does make it a little less believable that Zach would really pick her to be a part of that small chorus of women.

That doesn't mean she won't be great. But she is too old for the role. There is no denying that.
