I was wondering what happened too? Seems like everyone has gone silent. On a recent podcast Willam said they got Lea Delaria to join the cast. And then I haven't heard so much as a peep for previews, etc. I think not opening this during Pride month is bad producing.

They were dumb not to open this during pride month in NYC. And shame commercial off Broadway is dead. This is the kind of show that should be playing at stage 42!

I figured something was up when I went to see Rock and Roll Man a second time and the marquee for this that had previously adorned Stage 1 was now gone.

I don't think people not into RuPaul Drag race understand how huge it is. I think this would do gangbusters. I mean Jinx was selling out Chicago. The girls still sell out all over the US on tour. Bob's opening for Madonna.

My guess is the show would have fared well/better with a rotating cast. The cast announcement didn't leave me gagged considering how many amazing theater queens and Ru queens there are in NYC.
