Best I can do is send a donation to the council in honor of the Delightful D.

I can't see him or Maria Friedman live. There isn't a big enough frownie face that I can insert here for me to convey my disappointment.

I'm so excited for this concert...he wrote a blog on his myspace about the concert and said the songs he will sing range from the Beatles, to Joni Mitchell, to Sondheim...I cannot wait!!

(I wish I could go, but I'll be in VA!)

I LOVE Daniel. His voice is silky smooth (one of the best on Broadway IMHO), and his acting skills are awesome. I am in shock that he was not nominated for a Tony, but I guess politics creeps into everything.

Please post details of his show and have a great time!

Daniel was amazing tonight !!! His song choices ranged from B'Way to 60's and 70's rock songs. His "Rainbow Connection" duet with his accompanist Brian was one of the best I've ever heard. He also did songs by John Denver,Joni Mitchell,Cat Stevens,The 5th Dimension and The Monkees...all that would make them proud. He also did one song from "Jersey Boys"...which of course had the crowd cheering. It was a wonderful evening and there is no doubt in my mind that Daniel will be around for a very long time entertaining us. BRAVO Daniel !!!
