Does anyone know where a video clip of defying gravity can be found...either from the show or from the tonys? thanx so much!

(Martha Graham from a letter to Agnes de Mille) "There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening That is translated through you into action, And because there is only one of you in all time, This expression is unique. If you block it, It will never exist through any other medium And be lost. The world will never have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, Nor how valuable it is, Nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours, clearly and directly, To keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware Directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open. No artist is pleased. There is no satisfaction whatever at any time. There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction, A blessed unrest that keeps us marching And makes us more alive than others."

It's just that people don't think before they post. WE'RE WASTING VIRTUAL TREES WITH EVERY REPEATED POST!!!.

But seriously, it's just a bother to answer the same thing countless times.

"Let the little girl go, and that poor little dog? Dodo." That's my favorite line in the whole show (Wicked). My next favorite line is "Oh! It seems the artichoke is steamed."

well some of us are new here....and yes I shoudl have used it but I was in a hurry to share the joy that is wicked with a newbie to the show. I was over zealous...i apologize. But I do hope that maybe we all could be friendlier...if you are sick of posting it over and over then dont comment...but anywho i do apologize

so what have we learned here?

1. when in a hurry do not post a new topic. wait until you are able to acquire more free time and are able to contain your emotions and post then.

2. don't be over zealous.

3. apologizing doesn't help.

4. no one who is upset with a newbie for posting a topic that has been posted hundreds of times is going to just close the thread. so don't tell us not to comment because we're going to anyway. it's not rude. it's part of the education process so forgive us.

5. don't say anywho. your IQ drops 5 points each time you say it. I believe the same applies to the number of times any one person has seen wicked but the results are not yet back from the lab...

People who designate typos as indicators of IQ are far higher on my scale of objectionable people than people who ask questions out of curiosity that other people can answer because they know where to look.

Keep asking questions, my friend. It's a sign of brilliance.
