Doubt/Days of Roses Extensions?

I think it will depend on how well they do at the box office. Kelli is doing The Hours at the Met Opera in May. Some have speculated they will get a temporary replacement for Kelli, and then she will return in June in time for the Tonys.

I am curious about when Season 3 of The Gilded Age is filming because Audra is also doing a mini-tour in Australia in May. And right now Kelli has a larger role on that show. So I am wondering how long she can commit to theater projects before needing to film.

Days had to work around Kelli O'Hara's schedule for The Met plus The Gilded Age just got renewed and she's a series regular now. If they do extend they'll have to replace her and I'm not sure there's a desire for that during Tony voting season.

A lot of unsold for Days of Wine on first preview ....

This is correct. Roundabout hasn't had a production of their own in Studio 54 since CAROLINE OR CHANGE in 2021. It's been primarily been rented out.

If I remember correctly, Roundabout has been in quite a bit of financial trouble over the last few years (abetted by some major money losers like the 1776 revival) and that has resorted to them filling their theatres with rental shows in the hope it may make some money back in their coffers (much like how they remounted CABARET in 2014 for a similar reason). I'm sure they also gained some good profits from the run of I NEED THAT as well. They also own the Sondheim, so I assume the rental fees coming from & JULIET have been helpful too.
