Antonio Diaz is the highest grossing European illusionist in the world! For each of the past 5 years, he has had the greatest box office success of any other artist in Spain. Antonio Diaz has also starred on the Netflix shows Magic for Humans and La Gran Ilusion, which are broadcast in nearly 200 countries."
First preview is listed as August 17.
Eh. The Jones is free now and has historically hosted magic shows (Derren Brown) - plus, there’s potential for Peter Pan Goes Wrong to have some modest success like its predecessor (especially if the productions work in tandem to give each other a boost).
The Barrymore mezzanine may also not have the best vantage for “close-up” magic

Was there an end date? Are these telecharge test event things usually accurate? I would suspect that the Shuberts want The Barrymore available for the Fall season, no?
Whenever a test event shows up, the information page can only be viewed on the mobile app, and it only lists the first 8 previews, so an end date is never available. Since I first posted, they've removed the specific show info, but there's no reason to believe it wasn't at least mostly accurate, because they usually are. A Man of No Importance didn't happen, but that's because the production fell through at the last minute.
I'm assuming this show would be a limited run to simply fill the space before whatever is planned can come in. Yes, the Jones is now available, but I could see something else, perhaps Purlie Victorious, taking it.
On sale now, and it looks like it's just a 10-day run.

In fact, the long running musical " The Magic Show" starring Doug Henning play a long run at the Jones, when it was known as The Cort.
Yes, 10 days only. Can't wait for this one, it's such a fun experience.

Tickets are really expensive. Anyone have thoughts on rear mezzanine for this show?

All shows are nearly sold out. This should have been a longer run.

No, he said he will speak in English.
They added another performance due to huge demand.
Why does the first week have tons of tickets but the second week is almost entirely sold out? Are they holding a lot of tickets?
