I saw her in the role when I was in Chicago two months ago. She was fantastic; she'll be a great addition to the Broadway cast.

If Skinner is going to Broadway in October, and Hennig is joining the tour for Toronto in early 2011, who will be playing Mrs. Wilkinson on tour for the stops post-Chicago but pre-Toronto (aka, my city)?

Isn't the 1st national tour going straight from Chicago to Toronto?

EDIT: The 1st national tour stays in Chicago until January 15th, 2011. From there, it moves to Toronto. Susie McMonagle (currently appearing in the Chicago production as Billy's Mum) will be taking over in the leading role of Mrs. Wilkinson on September 21st. Full casting for the 2nd national tour has yet to be announced.
